Windows 10: Welcome Screen name Windows 10.0.1.19043

The Welcome Screen name changed to something bizarre. Not sure how it happened. All of the info I have found so far tells me to edit the screen name in Control Panel->User Accounts->User Accounts->select account->Change Name, however "Change Name" is not an option in that window. Everywhere I have looked, my user name is correct. That includes My Account web page as well as Control Panel. Anything?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
