Windows 10: "Welcome" screen picture in circle has disappeared since last upgrade June 2023 though...

Old thread from 2016 is locked where Micheal had a problem, remains unsolved. I have the same problem now with last upgrade in June of 2023. He wrote: Successfully installed last upgrade on my laptop and everything seems to work fine, except for the welcome screen. Where can I find the Windows 10 lock screen Picture of the Day for June 5, 2023?

I would like to use a particular Windows lock screen image as my desktop. It was the Picture of the Day for either June 4 or 5, 2023, I believe. It showed three fat male lions lounging in a tree.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change your profile picture on sign-in screen in Windows 10:

• Press the Windows key, then click your account at the top of
  Start menu.
• Click Change account settings.
• Under your account name, you will see a circle then click the Browse button to choose a photo you want to set as profile picture.

Numerous Black circles with a white edge keep appearing on my screen and the mouse keeps opening programs on it's own

We appreciate the information you have provided. The black circles represent areas on your touch screen that are being touched. It seems that your device is detecting unnecessary contact on those areas. It may have something to do with the hardware itself.
These unnecessary contacts may possibly the same reason why programs are opening on it's own. To further isolate the issue, we suggest that you disable the touch screen feature of your device and see if the black circles disappear. Kindly refer to the steps

• Go to Device Manager.
• Click on Human Interface Devices to expand.
