    Well, it got me. Fiddlin' with BIOS and this PC has gotten quiet on me!


    Win 10 Pro SSFSSDI have tweaked Registry for years and never had a problem that I can remember. I'm handy there ... but I don't know as much about BIOS, and there is the problem as explained below.In a quest to try to squeeze more Vram out of this I guess I made some progress. Then I read sugestions and got into the BIOS and changed some things there. No prob. It booted and since I didn't see that it did any good I went back to the BIOS and not remembering all the changes I made, though they were few, maybe 2 or 3, I figured I'd choose Restore Factory Defaults and ReStart. Now it comes up asks

    Quiet Hours are times of day when you don't want to be disturbed by notifications. How to set them up:


    • 1. Click the Action Center icon on the taskbar.
    • 2. Click Quiet hours.
      3. Set your Quiet Hours.
    The last (3) seems to suggest there is a setting - but as you - and others- have observed it seems to be just an on/off button now.

    E.g.

    I've not seen Quiet hours on, so can't comment on your other query, sorry.

    Pc won’t let me setup bios: when I boot my pc it boots into the motherboards screen where is says * del setup bios* f9 system information* f12 boot menu* end q-flashI try to setup the bios by pressing the keys and nothing happens, I’ve also tried different keys to see if it works but nothing happens....
