    I just found out that my screen shifted is part of an update. Thus you can't change it back unless Chrome says "screw it, now you'll have the gap back"oofff

    Welp, I tried everything everyone suggested as well as installing the latest 8.5 drivers. Still get the issue unfortunately.

    Windows 10 won't let me open the start button, or anything else.


    Welp. I tried shutting down by following ArtShapiro's suggestion. Screen went black, but power button is still illuminated.
