Windows 10: Went to diskpart to repair a disk, turned it offline and doesnt appear anymoire

As i said, i turned my D: disk offline through diskpart, and closed the cmd tab after it, so i couldnt turn it back online.I searched through Disk management and Device manager and the disk appears there called with the name of Unknown Device, but it doesnt appear on: This PC-Devices and Drives. The only disk that appears is my C: disk and nothing more.Any way of turning this disk back on?? i unplugged it and plugged it back in hoping it would appear but it didnt, i hope there is a way of turning it back on since my C: disk has little to no storage.Thanks in advance!

diskpart doesn't show disk

Hey,

I am trying to install Win10 on a mac book air.

However the diskpart does not list the disk even after reformatting the partition as NTFS per suggestion.

read through this solution but cannot move to step 1 listed in the solution by Ivan as that disk doesn't see that partition it was just able to reformat.

Based on your suggestion such as "You may clean old disk to remove all information from it and reinitialize it. Run diskpart utility and use clean command. Be careful to not clean new disk.

Change identifier using uniqueid command of diskpart. "
