Windows 10: Were can i buy a 2,4 Ghz transeiver,v2,0, for keyboard 6000

Hi my transceiver 2,4 GHz is lost and i need a new one for my Wireless keyboard 6000 v3.0, and mouse, please send me a replacement transceiver, i cant use my computer anymore.I have important work to do all week so waiting for prompt reply.Regards

This issue might be because of outdated or corrupted drivers.

Follow the methods below and check if it works.

Method 1:
Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware
attached to your computer was installed correctly.

Follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter key.

  Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• 
  Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• 
  Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist follow method 2.

Method 2:

I suggest you to check and update the drivers from device manager.

To open device manager press Windows key + X. Search for Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000,
Right click and update the driver.

Restart your PC and check if it helps.

I experience the same problem and not helpful when following through the instruction in above.

In addition, when I pressed the "Bluetooth" button on the back of the keyboard in attempt to re-establish the connection with the PC, I notice that the status of the Listed Bluetooth Device for Keyboard 6000 is "Connected"; however, no pop-up dialog box
to ask me to enter the digital given from keyboard. This is how it should happen in Windows 7.

My question is: where or how to have this dialog box popped from Windows 10's Bluetooth for the Bluetooth keyboard to enter the given digits? - Thanks!
