Windows 10: Were the wireless remote printer issues that the Windows 10 update caused fixed in Windows 11?

Were the wireless remote printer issues that the Windows 10 update caused fixed in Windows 11? I can print as my Dell printer is connected to my laptop with a USB printer cable. I have 3 other laptops that printed all the time wirelessly using the main 'host' computer. After the last update of Windows 10, no remote wireless devices will print. Has nothing to do with updating drivers, etc. It was a mess with the Windows 10 update. I'll be upgrading to Windows 11 so my question is specific.I know this update did not affect everyone, but businesses were having a huge issue also with not being abl

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.
