    WerFault.exe apps not showing and screen flickering


    I just turned on my pc and saw that the screen was flickering, I restarted it and it was still the same so, I tried to log in and when I could only see a black desktop with only the mouse visible, the only thing i could do is to open the task manager by clicking the ctrl + shift + esc. i tried to enter in safe mode but the problem still persists so i ran the sfc and it says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log." by having that issue i tried repairing the corrupted files manually b

    The message from a fresh boot,

    The exception privileged instruction 0xc0000096 occurred in the application 0x00007FFF57CF66D2.
    Click on OK to terminate the program.]
    But it will not terminate, & locks all normal functions, I tried to uninstall games, steam, etc. To no avail!
    I must reboot by cont.alt.del.
    When I click it the same message pops up over & over?
