Windows 10: WF-3640 scanner stop working in Windows 11

My WF-3640 printer no longer can scan documents from a Nitro PDF 7 software with Windows 11, from any computer. I can scan documents directly from the WF-3640 and send them to my computer, but I can't do it from the computer.I can certainly print documents from Word or any other software, including Nitro Pro 7.Any ideas on how to fix this issue?Thanks.

Did you go to the support page for your printer/scanner on the Epson website to download and install the latest drivers and associated software they recommend and also indicate they will work on Windows 11

I have Epson multi function WF-3640 scanner try to work but give me error message : Cannot properly communicate with scanner. Make sure the scanner is turned on, connected, set up to scan, and no errors occurred in the scanner.
