Windows 10: Whale installing GeForce experience, laptop showing blue screen error "video tdr"

First this happened when I update graphics card driver rtx 2060 to latest version.then my laptop got lag and glitches .I try to re install windows blue screen showing again and again.is that issue with graphics card?

Windows 10 Blue Screen VIDEO TDR FAILURE

I have a windows 10 gaming laptop, and for the past few days my laptop keeps crashing and gives me a blue screen saying it needs to restart. It says VIDEO TDR FAILURE. I've reinstalled the drivers for geforce experience and that hasn't helped. I tried
troubleshooting, and it says all my drivers are up to date. I have a GTX 1050 ti. Does anyone know what I can do?

 

Unable to un-install GeForce Experience

I currently have a Windows 10 laptop with a NVIDIA GeForce 970M gpu installed.

I am trying to uninstall the GeForce experience but cannot. I followed the directions in a similar post that stated to do the following:

As you are unable to un-install GeForce Experience software, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adaptors.
• Right click on NVidia display card drivers and select Un-install.
• Note: After selecting un-install you will get the message dialog box – Confirm Device un-install. Make sure you put a check mark that says Delete the driver software for this device
• Click OK.
• Restart the computer, computer will load generic display drivers.
• Now go to Programs and features and check if GeForce Experience is listed under installed programs. If GeForce Experience is still listed, select it and click on Un-install and check

I am still unable to uninstall the program and am currently trying to reinstall an updated driver.

What else can I do to remove the "experience" program?

Blue Screen - Video TDR Failure

Hello

I have had 2 blue screen system failures this morning. Both of them with the message Video TDR Failure. The message advised me to contact support and quote igdkmd64.sys.

The system was installing Windows Updates at the time so that is my prime suspicion. The update that was successfully installed was Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics. It appears twice at the top of the list of updates for some reason.
