Windows 10: What all data will be lost when i downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10 using a flash drive

I want to downgrade my windows 11 to windows 10. For this, if I use a bootable pen-drive and install windows 10 in my primary partition that is the C Drive, then will I loose the data from my C, D and E drive partitions? I am aware about the windows.old folder thingy, but can I copy the program files related folder to the new windows 10 I installed?

If I bought Windows 10 on a Flash Drive and the data gets lost somehow, what do I do?

I wanted to purchase Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bit on a flash drive. Now, of course, unlike the dvd data on a flash drive can get lost.

What do I do if that happens? I heard you can download it again? What are the exact steps to achieve that?
