    What are more troubleshooting steps for the following issue?


    I have been attempting to download/install a cumulative update for a Windows server 2012 R2 Datacenter. The error is 0x800F0831. Ran DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth - Success DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH - Success DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH - Failed 0x800f081f. Reviewed logs. Appears to be an issue where IE is corrupt. ***Based on the provided log, it seems that there are multiple instances of "CSI Payload Corrupt" errors related to various components of Internet Explorer IE. The "CSI" in this context stands for Component-Based Servicing, which is a mechan

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
