Windows 10: What are my options if I can’t get passed Bitlocker due to Stop Code 0xc000021a?

I cannot progress passed the Bitlocker Screen.One day computer was fine, next day several updates, on day 3 computer wants the Bitlocker Recovery Key.I was able to find and input the Recovery Key. Initially that took me through debug & repair steps. This returned me to the Bitlocker Screen.When I press ESC for more recovery options, it shows a nearly identical screen with the only option being to input the recovery key and click Continue. On this next screen that results says the recovery key was correct and to Press Restart to accept changes and restart PC. When I click the “Resart” b

Windws error "stop code: 0xc000021a after reboot

In preperation to install latest version of office pro I removed office 2010. The system required a reboot to complete the operation, however, it failed with the error message stop code 0xc000021a. I can boot to a command prompt but that is all. I have
tried dism.exe with sveral options listed in community search but this also fails.
