Windows 10: what are my programs that are missing to this computer

I am having problems with my computer because I have some programs missing, and I'm trying to recover them

:)

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Program cant start because MSVCR110dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem.
