    What are the dangers of changing HWID?


    So I've heard a lot about HWID spoofers, and I understand that some of them do change the HWID instead of masking it.But I've seen in another post that going directly into the registry to change it can actually be risky to your device. Because of this, I now ask for the risks in more detail.p.s. No, this is not a question on how to get unbanned from games which ban the computer hardware id

    HWID

    Hey.

    I was wondering that someone got my HWID/Hardware ID.

    Is that a bad thing because after that he got my IP from that, and I downloaded his file because Antivirus protection didn't tell me.

    So is it dangerous if someone has your HWID and should I change it?

    How can i change my HWID?

    Hi Real_Luzu,

    The only reason I mentioned that 'hacking' reference is because changing the HWID does not work any more for that purpose and is a dangerous thing to do . . .

    i get hwid ban in game name valorant so i changed my hwid and now i have problem with activation key and it says i dont have bought activation key and i need to buy new one how can i reset my hwid back to default
