    Hi,

    I realize that you get notification about
    ASUS Ai Charger and Ai Charger Plus being removed. I will try to help you with this issue.

    Suggest you to update any Asus utility program that came with the computer and restart the PC to check if that helps.

    Suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if that helps. A clean boot state will help us to determine if any 3rd party service or application is causing this issue.

    Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow the steps under “How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot” in the article to boot to normal startup.

    While typing on keyboard opens different programs

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    Please reply to the following questions to help you further:

    • May I know are you pressing Windows key while typing?
    • Which programs are getting opened?
    • Are you aware of any changes prior to this issue?
    • How many language packs are installed on the computer currently? To check navigate to
      Settings >> Time & Language >> Preferred languages

    I would also suggest you to connect the keyboard to a different computer and check if the issue persists.

    TYPING: Computer jumbling my typing, going to different pages, driving me nuts

    Just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 14 7000 2 in 1 laptop. Downloaded all the updates, and now current. When I type, after a few characters, it will jump to the front of the sentence, and continue typing, or erase part of what I just typed...sometimes
    when I hit the space bar between words, it will tab to different areas, or, it will switch the pages that I'm on - and go to something entirely different, a different website or page. It is driving me mad, as I sell on ebay and do lots of research, and list
    things, and the listings have to be right, and I literally can't get a few words, without the computer jumbling them up. I called Dell, they had someone get into my computer, and they installed TouchFreeze, which seemed to help a little, but then it went
    right back to crazy. What else can I do? Desperate.
