    What are the programs I need at Startup for Windows 10... at minimum?


    Currently when I boot up my Windows 10, it starts Cortana, file association helper, microsoft edge, microsoft ondrive, resident module of ecoutility, toshiba system settings main mo..., winzip preloader, and windows security notification icon.

    Which programs do I NEED on startup, which are useful, and what are programs I can delete?

    I don't even know what file association helper nico mak computing is...

    Is there a website I can go to, to see what apps can be deleted overall?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
