Windows 10: What are these files? Did I catch a virus or is this just nothing serious?

Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

 

How To Remove Virus Completely

This is the most common cause and serious issue that your Phone is get infected by the Virus and Not Removed even after formatting, only due to some common wrong way..... Just only follow these steps to thoroughly make the Phone Virus Free.

• Remove the SD Card First.
• Then Connect the SD CARD into the PC through the Card reader or any other Mode.....( Warning PC must not be infected by virus ).
• Then Format the SD Card.
• Then Format the phone.

 

Lost files, Win7 x64, serious issue!

And if I use antiviral on system (let it search & destroy), take HDD over to neighbour and mount it on his system (Vista x86), think I can reach it / see it then??

Ok, googled the virus that could be hiding files - not found (most likely erased by AV software). But the rest of the steps does not help at all, some say do this and that in registry.. others say something else.
That's it. It's either gone or something else is "hiding" it. Like I said - found files that used to be contained in the folder, but that's it. Some files still can't be located.
