Comments and tags not saved or disappears

Hello,

Could you please answer few question:

• 
  Are you not able to see the Comments section in the file or the comment is missing for the MP3 file in the file section?
  

If the Comment section is missing, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Right click on the categories where you see the file section and click on more and scroll down and check on Comments section and check if it helps.

And issues with Microsoft Word 2010, suggest you to post your query in on the below link and check if it helps.

WINDOWS 10 you have a "more Detail" option but you can't see details of what's being copied

When copying large amount of files/directories the copy kicks off and shows you percentages and other info but there is no place where you can see the actually path that's being processed. you show the file being processed and the Original from and To but
if you have a large amount of files with similar names but the directory or "source path" is more useful you can't see it.

Example usage, Copying large amounts of Tv Shows or vacation videos seeing file names aren't that helpful knowing what source path that's being processed is more of a clue whats going on

seeing S1E01, S12E01 or Joey,Joey2 don't help but if you saw path

Muppets\Season1\S1E01 or Muppets\S1E01... or Joey\Birthday4\Joey.jpg Joey\Christmas2015\Joey.jpg is a lot easier to identify what is actually being processed in long list of copy items.

Suggestion for Future release have the "detail button" provide more detail you already have the paths info anyway show it.

As a Developer and Systems Designer little things like this make a world of difference when dealing with data files that could be date based folders or even backups and such, knowing exactly where things are other then % Meters (great for most people) but
the devil is in the details for DBA's and designers.

 

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.
