What are these weird, empty files appearing on my main drive?

So I hadn't noticed up until yesterday a bunch of files appearing on the main drive. They appear there themselves, at random times, with the names consisting of "wal" followed by a random series of numbers and letters. They're completely empty of anything, leave to nowhere in particular but the main drive, and require administrative permission to be deleted. I had already deleted all of the ones featured in the screenshots, but new ones appeared just an hour ago, which I also deleted. I'm not sure what else I could say for description, but the oldest file I saw was from April 26th 2024.

    :)
