Windows 10: what are these?

Hi,I recently found 4of these I think they are some unknown user who has hacked my PC or something is this something to worry about? by the way, is 1400 MB being used by Google Chrome Normally I have Grammarly and adblocker and shazam as my extensions if it is taken into account my Chrome uses about 400-1400MB as it fluctuates is this something I should look into or is it normal.
