Windows 10: What are XBox Game Bar to met requirements for Windows 11

I’m planning to get a Windows 11 laptop, but idk what are hardware specs to meet requirements for performance graphics gaming like Dead Rising 3, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, etc. without getting a lag and shutters and video screening from Xbox Game Bar.
