Windows 10: What blocks the windows from popping up? How do i fix it?

Hello!!I have a problem regarding the computer. It is very unusual therefore also hard to explain. 2 months ago I bought a new computer that had a problem with the BIOS that kept appearing every time i started the PC. I decided to changing the motherboard's battery before making any big change and it worked perfectly fine. I have no idea if this has anything to do with the problem I have now I have an EX-Pen 22 Pro tablet that I've been working with for the past 2-3 years. I have noticed recently that after spending between 5-20 minutes in photoshop/another drawing app, I can no longer save

If you’re using Microsoft EDGE then, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To turn on pop-up blocker follow the steps below

• 
  Open Microsoft Edge browser. Click on "More actions" link (...) at right side on address bar
  
• 
  In "More actions" menu, Click on "Settings" to open Settings screen.
  
• 
  In "Settings" screen, click "View advanced settings" button below "Advanced settings"
  
• 
  In "Advanced settings" screen, turn ON toggle button below the "Block pop-ups" to block the pop-ups. Turn OFF toggle button to unblock the pop-ups

• Does it happens with any specific website?

To enable and disable the popup blocker, follow these steps:

• Click the "..." button in the upper right-hand corner to access the Microsoft Edge menu.
• Select Settings.
• Click on View Advanced settings.
• Block up Pop ups. From here you can turn off or on the pop up blocker.
