what can I do about this net broadcast message that prevents / delays my pc from shutting down? Please make your answer UNcomplicated, VERY simple & sweet so I can fix the problem easily. Thank You Kindly.

.NET Broadcast Preventing Shut-down - Windows 10

Hi there:

Last night, I got another message upon shutting down my laptop. I had a previous one that was related to AMD which I thought was corrected by updating the software through their website. I found out after I had performed that update that Windows updates
should have taken care of that for me. The error I am getting now is .NET Broadcast App upon shutdown. I have scoured the forums and only see answers for Windows 8 and later. I was also surprised to see many posts that say this new error message still has
something to do with AMD "stuff".

What is AMD Radeon anyways and does it have anything to do with the new error I am getting?

Main question, how do I fix it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lynn

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• How are you broadcasting?
  
• Are you receiving any error code along with the error message?
  
• Which version of Windows you are using? (To check, type: winver in start menu and hit enter.)
  

You can check if the Broadcast option is enabled under Settings. To do so, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click on the Settings icon from the start menu.
   
2. Click on Gaming > Click on
   Game bar.
3. In the right pane, turn on the slider under “Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar”.
   

I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Microsoft article on ‘Why
can't I broadcast my game?’ andplease provide a screenshot of the window, so that we can have a better understanding on this issue. Follow the steps mentioned in the
screenshot

.NET-Broadcast & CSpNotify Messages on Shutdown

I have Windows 10 on my desktop computer. When I shut down, ".NET-Broadcast..." and "CSpNotify" briefly appear. That's all I could read in such a short space of time. There's more to it. I've read forums on this subject and can say I am unaware of installing
a .NET app. All the other posts were over 3 years old and did not refer to Windows 10. Something is eating a lot of data that I cannot ascertain as to what is the cause. I've performed the most comprehensive scan Malwarebytes Premium offers, used CCleaner
to clean up my hard drive and have a defrag automatically performed on a weekly basis. I only had one Google background app running that I disabled. Can anybody out there help me?
