Windows 10: What can I do to my PC not coming up and not charging or showing indicator light

Avast popped PC restarting option on my hassee window 8.1, so I mistakenly shut my PC down, later I wanna switch it on it doesn't on nor charge, or rather showing charging indicator light, what could eventually happened

How to solve if my laptop is not coming up but showing indicator light in power button without power on

I have tried it still not coming, when I insert the battery into my PC without pressing the power button, it is showing light in the power button and the charging indicator light without displaying on the screen not reflecting on the keyboard light

 

Laptop will not power on or show charging indicator lights after Windows 10 Upgrade

The device is a Toshiba Satellite L15W-B1503 Laptop-Tablet 2-in-1. I upgraded the laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. The download of Windows 10 went fine. That same day I shut down the device. When I tried to restart it later, it would not boot up.
In fact, the amber light that shows it is plugged in and charging is not even lit up. Not sure what I can do since the charge indicator light is not even showing. Any suggestions on a fix or what the issue may be?
