Windows 10: What can I do to stop my computer from blue screening with the error code "Unexpected...

I've encountered this issue only when launching Fortnite which I have verified the game files for and reinstalled onto my PC to trouble shoot. When that was not successful I went to the manufacturers site to update my GPU drivers which has not found any success in preventing this problem. I also took the time to make sure that my RAM was seated correctly and dusted of the interior/exterior of the PC just in case. I have not made any updates to my PC recently and the only thing that has changed was the newest patch for the game.When launching Fortnite from Epic games the launcher for the game w

Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE is probably due to a compatibility issue with the driver, as most blue screen errors are. Since you encountered this error after updating Windows, most probably, you would need to update the drivers
as well.

We suggest that you go through the steps in this article on how to troubleshoot blue screen errors.
On step 1, select After an update was installed.
