Windows 10: What can I do when Microsoft will not send me the code to verify my account?

I want to access my Microsoft account so that I can use it after I rollback my Windows 11 to Windows 10. Microsoft wants me to verify my account through my recovery email. I have tried over and over to have it send the verification code to my recovery email but Microsoft never sends the code. I have tested the verification email address using other emails, Yahoo and Gmail along with an Outlook email address. I can almost instantly send and receive to and from my recovery email address. And I am certain that it is the correct recovery email address because I have two email addresses at Yahoo

Verify your Microsoft Account Again...and Again...and Again

Why am I being continually required to verify my account - what is it that microsoft don't understand? Their app is worse than useless, so they can't send me a code, so I have to do email verification EVERY DAMN TIME.

They also use the google verifciation app, but I have to enter into 2-step verication with google first, which I am not going to do and suffer a lockout from Google at the same time, when they screw up (previous form, non-existent help when it comes to untangling
THEIR mistakes)

So can anyone suggest why I am getting repeated verification requests for all email accounts, when I have verified time and again, and why oh why oh why, can't they just send a code to the useless app?? Thanks

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

I can't find 'verify' on page.

I was supposed to check for the code that was sent to my gmail adress (So i could pass to the 'Manage your sign-in email or phone number), not outlook witch is primary, and supposed to be verified on computer. How could i remove gmail and change everything
to be sent to my @outlook.com ?
