    What can I do?


    I factory reset my laptop because everything was slowing down and after that my keyboard is no longer working. It just lights up no inputs can be put in. Acer pred helios 16. Usb ports are not reading that I have a mouse/keyboard plugged in. Do I need to get a new laptop or what?
