    What can I do?


    Just like the others, I updated and now have a black screen. When I turn it on it has the HP logo with the spinning circle for a minute then goes black then a message appears that monitor is going to sleep and I can do nothing. I cant get to safe mode or command prompt. Please help. What can I do? My computer is an HP but I can't get in it to tell you which one.
