Windows 10: what can I safely uninstall from my laptop?

Hello I have recently bout a newly refurbished HP Elitebook 830 8th Gen i7 laptop and I plan to be using it for my small online jewellery business and for Karaoke events with a company I work with. I may look to download items for business and leisure but I would like to know what I can safely uninstall from my laptop so that I can download the programs I need to use. Please can you tell me which apps I do not need on this laptop and what I can uninstall and what apps/programs to stay away from. I would like to keep my laptop running as smooth as possible as I will be using it for my business.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
