    What can I turn off or at least limit permanently to save extremely limited bandwidth


    I have roughly 250 KB/s as an average to work with due to terrible service providers.In order to finish smaller downloads of updates in a reasonable amount of time days - two weeks what all can I just flat out turn off in windows instead of playing this mini-game of killing Gaming Services and AppX in task manager. I'm listing these two specifically as they are functionally the worst but i would greatly appreciate a list of what I can take a hammer to at this point to stream audio without buffering because windows thinks i need the latest xbox live version on my pc, or thinks taking 80% or m

    Limited bandwidth

    I live in a rural have limited bandwidth (and a monthly data allowance of 5GB) at home (using 3G) and so need to ensure that the large files required are only downloaded onto my laptop when I am at work. I think Microsoft are saying the files will download
    in the background so they will be ready for me, but I need to control exactly when this download commences. How do I do that? Thanks, John.

    p.s. not all of us have the bandwidth available in Silicon Valley and it would be nice if developers understood that. As if they could imagine it even!

    What can I turn off or at least limit permanently to save extremely limited bandwidth

    Limited bandwidth for PC user

    I have home PC with Win10 with admin account and user accounts on the PC. A few days ago I have discovered that while admin has still full speed bandwidth Internet connection, PC user has very limited bandwidth. We have 10 Mbps Internet connection
    available for Admin, but user has below 1 Mbps. I did not change any setting on the PC. Please do you have advice how to unblock bandwidth restrictions?
