  1. What could be causing my computer to randomly show BSOD

Hi my computer has been randomly showing BSOD errors out of nowhere. It used to happen when I would do a demanding action such as changing resolution in a game, but now it just keeps happening out of nowhere. I dont know if this is linked to the issue but every time im in chrome, I load a tab and out of nowhere, it will give me a error and say that the tab could not load properly. It would give me the error that I dont have permission to view the tab but it even kept happening when I was in microsoft support chat and youtube. Here are the things Ive tried Ive ran the memory diagnostic toolDone

    :)

    causes for bsod

a friend of mine is getting bsod's everytime she uses her computer. it is usually at boot, but sometimes at the desktop, but the computer shows the bsod then goes back to normal and runs fine. I was wondering what exactly would cause a blue screen that would not crash the computer.

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE randomly after cold boot/sleep

For the past month I have been getting random BSOD's all with driver power state failure. They happen randomly, usually within the first 5-10 minutes of cold booting or waking my computer. Steps I have taken to attempt to fix the problem:
    1. Reinstalled GPU drivers/ tried old drivers
    2. Fresh installed Windows 1803, still happened, then fresh installed 1709
    3. Disabled Fast Boot
None of these things fixed the issue, any help would be much appreciated at pinpointing the issue. Thanks
