  1. What could be causing this audio issue?


    Recently, my wired headset HyperX Cloud Alpha stopped being detected by my PC Dell G15. The headset is a little over a year old, so it should not be defective this early in it's life. It would show as disconnected while it was plugged in to the audio jack. At this point, I tried:- Restarting the PC- Unplugging and plugging back in the headset and all other devices- Cleaning out the audio jack with alcohol on a Q-Tip- Uninstalling and reinstalling my Realtek audio driver- Reverting my Realtek driver to an older version- Plugging the headset into a different PC: It worked perfectly fine- Co
