Windows 10: What could be the culprit on my PC for randomly creating Avi files?

This is a second post involving the same issue from a previous post of mine. I'm creating a new one because I made my first post very messy adding too much loose information that may have been irrelevant. Believe it or not this is the shorter version. Something in my PC is creating Avi files and saving them to "C:\Users\Public\Videos\Captured".I got very good info from someone in my other post that makes complete sense, And that info was that "Gaming">"Captures", and under "Background reording" I may have "Record in the background while I'm playing a game" toggled on. divfix might be able to help, if not, and VLC and the other suggestions don't work it might just be impossible for your files. Are you sure they're avi files for example, check them out with g-spot. Sometimes funny people rename rar files to avi and such.

Doesn't seem like a Mac (Imovie) recognizes an avi file created by a PC. Anyone have the same experience and how did you overcome it?
