Getting the 80240037 error on AMD 1600 (Summit Ridge) and AMD 2600 (Pinnacle Ridge) CPUs.

I need Windows 7 for unique hardware. Yet when install a licensed version of Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 on either AMD 1600 (Summit Ridge) or AMD 2600 (Pinnacle Ridge) CPUs, I get the 80240037 error. I tied using a Gigabyte B450 AORUS M motherboard and a MSI AMD B450M PRO-VDH MAX motherboard. Is there a workaround?

What is strange I was able to install Windows 7 of a ASUS PRIME B450M-A II motherboard using a AMD 5600G CPU!!!
