Windows 10: What criterias does my laptop has to match for my Windows to be conceidered legaly obtained

Hi! Just wondering what criterias does my laptop has to match for my Windows to be conceidered legaly obtained. I installed Windows myself, my friend gifted me a digital key so I do not have any purchase verification. How could I pass the check in the office for legal software?

Requirement of the Sticker on the actual PC, in order for Windows to be conceidered legaly obtained

I've heard that if the computer has installed windows with the unique key, however, the sticker is not present on the actual PC, it is still considered as "pirated product".

Therefore, I would like to ask whether the sticker (with the activation key, and other important information) on the actual PC necessary requirement, to be considered as "legally obtained and used". (implying that key itself was obtained legally)

Winget "No package found matching input criteria."

This is on a clean install of Windows 11 (the Win10 to Win11 just kept failing) with all updates. This is typical of my winget issues (all run as Administrator)

In Powershell5 trying to get 7:

And in CMD:

I eventually installed Powershell7 from an msi.

I have:

- Uninstalled and reinstalled winget

- Run a couple of commands from another recent winget issue; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register ...

- Reinstalled App Installer

That requirement applied to Windows 8 and earlier that had a factory installed and activated Windows license. An "OEM" license. The factory used a special "bulk" key to activate the installation. The user would have to use the unique Product Key on their
sticker to reactivate Windows if they had to re-install it. It was the users responsibility to keep a record of that product key. If the key on the sticker was damaged, they were out of luck.

Starting with Win 10 MS switched to a "digital" method of tracking product keys. When a Windows installation is activated, MS records a digital "fingerprint" or "signature" for the computer hardware along with the key. The next time you install Windows 10 on
that computer it is supposed to "automagically" be activated for you, without any intervention.

I did a quick check of my Win10 laptop and do not see any sort of Windows Product Key sticker on it. There is a makers sticker with general specs: CPU, RAM, HD, OS (WIN10) and a bar code that I assume is the maker serial number.
