Windows 10: What do about error code 0x80131500 and Nvidia's not updating restarts pc?

Tried ask Nvidia just got some beach aff trolls. "Did you do this? Did you do dat?" Like when my pc blows up I"m know do dis and dat. I thought you brain bags had all this stuff automated? You at MS blew up my hard drive when I downloaded your update. Millions of microsoft edges and other browser instances were zipping all over the Task Manager after that update then BOOOOOOOOOOM my hardware gone. No I dont have a virus. That was you MS you did that to me. So all I can do is replace my hard drive with an ssd AND DO YOU THINK THAT WAS EASY FREAKING WIRES EVERYWHERE TINY SPACE MY FINGER

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !

Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter in Windows 10
and then
Re-register Microsoft Store app in Windows 10

Are you using a VPN?

You could try
Flush DNS Resolver Cache in Windows 10

This suggests the problem (amongst other things) could be related to services. Have you modified or disabled any? Worth checking.

(Tweaking.com's free repair tool has a useful option to reset services to default).

- and is UAC on or had you disabled it?

- do you mean there was an error, or that it completed successfully and didn't help?

Have you changed any permissions e.g. to the Windowsapps folder?

Similar here - which lists ideas that don't work...so can be skipped.
