    Greetings..

    I am getting this on my emails(prohibited file type) and it is failing to load trusted sender's attachments. How do I stop this from happening please.. thanks

    Hi Ivan, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

    There's an option you'll need to disable in your mail app that prohibits potentially dangerous file types from being opened. Here are the instructions to do so:

    "In the upper right on toolbar click on Menus-Safety Options-Security tab-Uncheck "Do not allow attachment to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"."
