Windows 10: What do I do if i haven’t downloaded any new hardware to my laptop and the blue screen pops...

I know nothing about windows and just recently started using this laptop

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

How to disable hardware accelation on a new laptop with windows 10 version 1709

I bought a brand new laptop ASUS R752NA-TY028T0617 CO. Installed all the updates and everything it needs to run properly. The only problem is the buffering when I watch tv on streaming and even videos on Face Book. It might come from the router but I didn
t experience that problem with my previous laptop ... some people advised me to disable the Hardware accelaration in order to resolve the situation but up to now I haven t been able to find that possibility on my new laptop ... it seems not installed. I really
don't know what to do ... any help or suggestions
