Windows 10: What do I do if my account was hacked and a fraudulent credit card was added to my account...

My account was hacked and someone used a fraudulent credit card to purchase an Xbox and 3 giftcards. I reported the account activity as not me, changed my password and canceled part of the order it would not let me cancel the giftcards. What else can I do? I can't investigate the card bc I don't have the CVV since it was not my card. Do I just delete it?

What account? Change the password on the account.

Contact the bank or credit card company immediately to deactivate that card and prevent additional charges.

Contact them again to get fraudulent charges reversed/removed.

Regardless of your Microsoft Account status, if your credit card is being used fraudulently then you should be working with your bank, not Microsoft (or any other retailer that you've used your card with).
