Windows 10: What do I do if my bitlocker recovery key doesn't work nor any advanced options?

Hi! I was using my computer when it suddenly shut down 3 times and at last it asked me for my bitlock recovery key. The problem is when I enter my key it doesnt do anything, and I tried searching for wich disk reboots in the prompt, but there are none found. I dont know what to do, please help.

Hello, I have got a blue screen with request to enter BitLocker recovery key. I logged in to my account and used listed recovery key. But this recovery key does not help and there is no other option to get access to PC anymore. I looked into all possible information on web pages but still I did not find solution if you have bitLocker key but it is not working to unlock PC.
