Windows 10: What do I do if my laptop is deadlocked but I can’t reboot it?

I was looking to stream a series online but the laptop suddenly froze and will not unfreeze. I figured it was too cold so I warmed it up under my blanket for a minute or two. When i took it out of the blanket the laptop had overheated so I left it out again too cool. The issue is that it has been over an hour and the laptop is still completely frozen, when pressing the “Caps lock” button the light does not come on so I think it’s deadlocked and the on/off button isn’t responding either so rebooting is not possible.Please bear in mind I do not understand a lot about tech and specific lingo.

Laptop is deadlocking and buzzing . I have no idea whats going on.

So its been like 2 week my laptop deadlock and buzzing. Whenever i open my laptop, it will deadlock and after i reboot it, no more problem occur. I have been doing reinstallation of windows, drivers update and using dism and sfc command but it didnt solve my problem. I really need help.

Computer Deadlocking/ The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

Here within the last couple of months or so, my pc has been deadlocking. At first it seemed to only deadlock when I exited games and I would have to restart the PC. But just now it completely deadlocked when I started it up and was left idle for a few minutes. I checked event viewer and it said the computer has rebooted from a bug check. But this is the first time it ended up saying that and hasn't said it on any of the other times it has deadlocked. So I'm not sure if this is the cause of it or not. Here is the error code The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff80438efb320, 0x0000000000000000).
