    So my PC is very good but yesterday I deleted some files on my PC because I need some storage for a game and afterwards my PC when I booted it up today it became very slow and it was almost like if the PC was broken or it went into some kind of freezing Laggy world and I got very scared so I just close down the computer because it’s a very expensive computer so I didn’t know what to do, but I hope that someone can help me with it because it will be very nice* Moved from Community Center / Discuss the Microsoft Community site / Other feedback* Changed to question

    Windows 11 bug. Process uses 100% of the CPU

    Hi guys I was able to solve my issue, by going to the power option and resetting it to default.

    I had also tried to lower the CPU usage option to 70% (to a lower percentage than 100).

    Any of these two steps helped me solve my problem.

    If the above steps do not solve your problem then do check the task manager for some random processes running in the background which causes the PC to slow down.

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    How to stop PC from utilizing 100% CPU all the time

    My PC displays in the task manager that my PC is using 100% CPU even when nothing is opened. I have checked the power plans, run command line prompts, and even fully reset my PC. Still, it's at 100% any way to fix this?

    PC Specs:

    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
    • Motherboard: X370 Gaming Pro Carbon
    • DDR4 16GB
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
    • Storage 476gb
