Windows 10: What do I do? Microsoft support tried to solve but left halfway

I tried to ask microsoft support for help to solve my microphone picking up pc audio, I connected through chat with "Carlito" and he asked me general info of my pc. Then he connected with screenshare and uninstalled audio drivers, he tried multiple times uninstalling some specific audio drivers and couldn't do it I was already skeptical of his skills. He told me to restart the pc and gave me the link to recconect, but I had to copy the link of not i don't know if I could reconnect to the chat, while I was trying to save into my clipboard he tried to forcefully restart 2 times.... After I got

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.
