Windows 10: What do I do when I am signed out and my laptop crashes when I try to launch it in safe mode?

I tried to clean boot my laptop but the error message "something happened and you PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." When I do click to set up my pin, it tells me to search the store for something and if I hit yes, It says my computer is at risk and just puts me to the neutral screen. I tried many ways, like booting in safe mode, using advanced recovery mode, and restarting. Every time I do one of these, my computer crashes and I have to restart from the beginning.I would like to solve this so I don't have to spend a lot of money to get it fixed. HELP!!!

Password not accepted in Safe mode

Have you tried all the above steps suggested by Sangeeta Sarkar on September 13, 2015.

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you trying to login the Microsoft account or the Local account in safe mode?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.

app crashes but not in safe mode

When an app is working in safe mode and it crashes when your PC is in normal mode, it means that there's a software conflict or problem that's causing it to crash. To better assist you, kindly answer the following:

• Have you recently installed a new app? We suggest that you uninstall the new app, and check if it helps resolve your concern.
• Do you have any other antivirus software installed on your PC? We suggest that you turn off any antivirus software installed on your PC, and see if you were able to run the app without any issues.
  
• Does it happen to a specific app only (the app mentioned above)? We suggest that you contact the software developer, or post in their forum for better assistance.

Sign in and Safe mode

So when I started up my laptop the sign in screen was sideways so I tried to sign in and see if I could fix the orientation problem. It told me that my device was offline and I needed to enter the password last use on my device. I reset it multiple times
to see if it was a temporary glitch, that fixed the orientation problem but not the sign in one.I tried to connect to the internet but I go to school at NC State so we have to sign into the wifi on a browser tab which I can't access if I can't sign in. Someone
suggested that I try turning on safe mode so I turned on safe mode with networking so I could do my work but it has been on the Acer loading screen for the past twenty minutes. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it, if I hadn't gone into safe mode I know
now that I could've fixed it at home so my question is, how to I get out of safe mode if it hasn't finish loading into it?
