What do I do when I don't receive a text message to VERIFY MY IDENTITY. The last 4 digits match my phone number, but no text message reaches my phone with a code

Unable to verify my identity on the PC

Hi,

Please can someone help me?

I purchased a new laptop at the weekend - HP 15-AF156SA and I have set it up using my Hotmail account.

I need to verify my identity on the PC but I am unable to do this.

When I click verify, 2 things happen:

1. - NOTHING! or

2. - It will go through the actions, I confirm the last 4 digits of my mobile number and I click next where I am informed that I will receive a 7 digit code as a text message but it never comes! And before you suggest it, yes I have checked my mobile number
and yes it is correct.

I look forward to hearing from anybody that can help.

Outlook don´t receive messages

Hello everybody,

After I renew my subscription of Microsoft 365,
I stop receive messages.
I tried from another account of email that I aggregated on windows fold and works,
like from tenforuns also works. But anothers I don't receive.

Can anybody Help?

"Windows need to verify your identity" message nearly daily

There's no verification code involved.

• A message appears in the Action Center and says something like "Windows need to verify your identity, click here to continue".
• I click the link and it opens up my user account in System\Accounts\Your email and accounts.
• Under where it says "Manage my Microsoft account", there's a new link that says "Verify".
• I click the Verify link. The cursor spins for about 2 seconds and the Verify link goes away. The end.
