Windows 10: what do i do when i login to my laptop and it says you must be online the first time to...

good day i have trouble logging into my microsoft account on my laptop , after i put in the password it says i must be online the first time to complete your account setupi don't know what that means i am connected to the internet , strong wifi connection

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.
