Paused screen when attempt to authenticate internet on XBOX

We understand that you are trying to use alternate MAC Address to your Xbox console. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

1. May we confirm if what Xbox Console are we using or is this Xbox app?
   
2. When you said you will have to authenticate or enter an alternate MAC address, does it mean you have issues with your current network? Or you are trying to optimize your network?
   
3. May we ask if you have issues on Xbox Network? Please take a screenshot or picture and post it in here:
   
   • Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
     
   • Select Network and Network Settings.
     
   • Look for NAT Type.
     
   • Please reply with a screenshot or picture of the Xbox Network.
     
4. Please take a screenshot or picture about the error you get when you have the paused screen.
   
5. Have you tried to clear the Alternate MAC address? Please follow the steps below:
   
   • Go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings.
     
   • Select Alternate MAC address.
     
   • Select Clear.
     
   • Restart your Xbox console.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Hello SubieTY,

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.
