Windows 10: What do I do?

I bought a surface laptop studio about a year ago and it been working fine up until recently it started not taking the charger and it turn on but it doesn't start up it just keeps showing the window logo on and off over and over again and I'm confused because it been working fine all week and it in very good condition it has no liquid damage or physical damage and it start acting up yesterday night when I was about to watch a workout video and it power off and started doing it, I'm confused on what to do my warranty expired a month ago and I need my laptop for school really bad
