Windows 10: what do I do

I was using my computer for "male things" we'll say and after I finished said things the back of my Chromebook screen started heating up, just above the charger port. there was also a slight smell of plastic heating up before the Chromebook shut its self off, now the red charging light is blinking, I have not tried anything yet out of fear of breaking anything further, but I have closed the Chromebook. what should i do. no relevant "products" for submitting question could be found
